Dijon mustard pie (tarte à la moutarde)
Ingredients for 6 people:
- flaky pastry
- 1 table spoon Dijon mustard
- 6 bigs tomatoes
- 2 table spoons tomato purée
- 150g grated cheese (emmental, mozarella)
- olive oil
Spread the pastry in a form. Spread the mustard on the pastry.

Cut the tomatoes in small pieces and pour on the mustard. Mix the tomato purée with few water and poor on the tomatoes.

Put in the oven for about 15 minutes (220 C). After 15 minutes add the cheese on the top and let in the oven until the cheese get brown. Poor a drop of olive oil on the pie.

It's ready! Bon appétit!
Cooking tips:
- you can add garlic into the tomatoes
- for a stronger taste put 2 table spoons of mustard. But be carefull!! Some of your guests might cry!
